Marta Faria Carter, LLB, AKC, is a lawyer registered with the Portuguese Bar Association.
Having been awarded an LLB Hons by King’s College London in 2013 with a 2:1, she relocated to Portugal in 2016 where she undertook the full Bar Training and subsequently registered with the Portuguese Bar Association.
Marta has breath of experience working in civil litigation, namely in cases related to disputes over property rights, contractual liability and torts; she also has experience in employment law, mainly in disciplinary matters acting as representative for the employer.
Currently, working in litigation and judicial and extra-judicial dispute resolution.
Marta Carter is a lawyer admitted to the Portuguese Bar Association as a fully qualified lawyer in 2018, holding professional licence nr. 59830L, without any interruption or suspension, and with no disciplinary, ethical or deontological sanctions or reserves.
