Tony has extensive experience and knowledge gained in a variety of settings.
He has gained legal experience in the shipping field, aviation transaction and general commercial litigation in Hong Kong.
He has worked with several international arbitration boutiques in Hamburg, Paris and Vienna and is currently a case counsel with the Asian International Arbitration Centre (AIAC) in Kuala Lumpur.
He is familiar with arbitration cases brought under the rules of the AIAC, German Arbitration Institute (Deutsche Institution für Schiedsgerichtsbarkeit – DIS), the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC), the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID), the London Maritime Arbitrators’ Association (LMAA), and the Vienna International Arbitral Centre (VIAC).
Tony has extensive international experience and has lived and worked in Europe and Asia.
He speaks English, French, Mandarin and Cantonese.
